From John Conduit "It is with deep sadness that I have to inform you of the death of Terry Titterington who passed away at 01.30am on Friday 5th March 2010 after a long illness. Funeral arrangements have yet to be finalised. Jean has asked that if you would like further information to please contact me – John Conduit - in the first instance. Regards John" I spoke to Terry some months ago when we first heard that he had cancer, at that time Terry had expressed his desire that he did not want any information about his illness to be published. Kingsdown Crematorium On Thursday 18 March at 1.30pm. Family flowers only please though donations may be made to the Prospect House, Wroughton. Jean and family would be happy to meet friends and colleagues afterwards at the Sally Pussey’s inn, Wootton Bassett.
Sally Pussey's Inn ---------------------------------------------------------- Chairman's Thoughts - 1 Sep It has been 3 months since the Association and its web site was re-launched. The new revamped Association has been well received by all and has generated some 40 new members from current and retired Movers. We published our first e-Team Brief in July thanks to the combined efforts of the Editor Mick Cocker, Webmaster John Belcher who converted and write protected the magazine and Steve Beaumont who was responsible for its distribution. The website has attracted much interest and has witnessed a big increase in the average number of people looking at the site. The most popular pages continue to be the Course Photographs, closely followed by the Then and Now pages. It is important that we keep the impetus going and I would encourage as many people as possible send a recent photograph along with any other photographs or memories to John Belcher who will add you to the pages. The Association held a successful Meet and Greet in the Tawny Owl, Swindon which saw about 35 Members wending their way to the Pub. Some made it from further afield than others - Dave Salmon from America and Derek Grayson from Oman. Other events to look out for in the near future include
