Fg Off Tim Leaning with Cpl Dave Wilkin and JT Ted Moore were returning from task 310 at Nandi, Fiji when their Belfast, flight number 9496 was diverted from Tengah, Singapore, to Phnom Penh with 31,000lbs of 6 man tents. These were loaded by Tengah Air Movements Squadron. On arrival at the Cambodian capital they were met by HE the British Ambassador. Cpl Wilkin erected one tent to the Red Cross authorities how it done.
